Speaker:the meat of the podcast. I see. I almost
Speaker:went to church right then, but I ain't
Speaker:gonna say that it was just in my throat
Speaker:right there was like on my tongue. I
Speaker:wanted to say something. Everybody in the
Speaker:pews know when they hear the speaker say
Speaker:that, they don't really mean it. It's just
Speaker:an protocol. So if you know, you know.
Speaker:Cause I'm not gonna take it. If you know,
Speaker:you know. And if you don't, don't even
Speaker:worry about it. Don't even worry about it.
Speaker:I tell you what, ask your favorite
Speaker:christian friend. Like I said, if you
Speaker:know, you know. But look, y'all know we
Speaker:always. I always have a guest on that's
Speaker:doing some fabulous, fabulous things in
Speaker:their life and in their business journey.
Speaker:And that pattern continues with today's
Speaker:guest, Miss Sharmis Buck. And I'm just
Speaker:going to give you a little bit about Miss
Speaker:Sharmis and then we're going to jump into
Speaker:a conversation where she's going to tell
Speaker:us a whole lot of it about herself.
Speaker:Charmese is originally from Atlanta,
Speaker:Georgia. She now resides in the Houston,
Speaker:Texas area. She earned her bachelor's
Speaker:degree in Kemp street from Hampton
Speaker:University in 2014 and went on to obtain
Speaker:dual master's degrees in forensic science
Speaker:and criminal crime scene investigation
Speaker:from Stevenson University. Currently,
Speaker:Sharmis is pursuing her PhD at Texas
Speaker:Southern University, as the CEO of Shalom
Speaker:analytics and consulting, LLC, she
Speaker:embodies the company's mission, where
Speaker:peace meets passion. That's her company's
Speaker:mission, where peace meets passion. She's
Speaker:a devoted servant of God. Sharmis is
Speaker:deeply committed to ensuring that people
Speaker:experience a profound encounter with Abba,
Speaker:truly embodying the father's business and
Speaker:heart. Welcome to the show, Miss Sharmies.
Speaker:Welcome to the show, sis. Thank you, thank
Speaker:you, thank you, Laquita. You want me to
Speaker:call you Laquita or Doctor Molly because
Speaker:you have so many titles. We can call you
Speaker:Bishop. We can call you so many things. It
Speaker:is your show. Look, listen, we could just
Speaker:rock with Laquita. How about that? Okay.
Speaker:Thank you so much for having me, Laquita.
Speaker:It is a blessing and honor. Woman of God
Speaker:says to be on your show, and I am. I'm
Speaker:just. I'm just blessed by this. So I am
Speaker:good. Excited. I don't know. The Lord is
Speaker:just gonna move. Like, that's just what he
Speaker:does. It is. We start, he comes in, and he
Speaker:shifts that thing to his direction. So
Speaker:this is something for somebody today. And
Speaker:I pray that you get the meat and discard
Speaker:the bone and you have something to eat for
Speaker:the rest of the week. See, there you go.
Speaker:Right there already. Listen, this is gonna
Speaker:be real good today. It's gonna be real
Speaker:good today. Look, I've been wanting to get
Speaker:you on this show for a long time. And see,
Speaker:you know, now is the right time. Now is
Speaker:the right time. It's the perfect time.
Speaker:Because I tell you, when I first met you,
Speaker:you and I were part of a program that was
Speaker:designed to help us, as minorities,
Speaker:understand the purpose and the power of
Speaker:minority certifications, of why it's
Speaker:important as minorities that we receive
Speaker:those certifications to help us tap into a
Speaker:different realm of a deeper realm of
Speaker:government contracting. Let me say that I
Speaker:want to say a different. Give us a deeper
Speaker:understanding of the power of government
Speaker:contracting and the power that each one of
Speaker:the certifications possess. And it's an
Speaker:open door that we have. And a lot of
Speaker:minority businesses don't know that it's
Speaker:there, or they do know what's there, and
Speaker:they don't understand the process that
Speaker:they need to take to get there. And so
Speaker:that's how we met. But then I learned
Speaker:about what you did, and I was like, my
Speaker:God, thank you. Look, I need her on the
Speaker:show, because I can't say that I have
Speaker:never. I've ever. Not that I haven't met,
Speaker:you know, black men or black women that do
Speaker:what you do. I will say, I have not met
Speaker:black men and black women that do what you
Speaker:do. And they doing it for themselves, not
Speaker:as a part of someone else's corporation.
Speaker:And so we go keep the wind, go keep the
Speaker:listener just hanging on by a string.
Speaker:Like, what she do? I'm about to let her
Speaker:tell you what she did, because when I told
Speaker:my husband and my son, my son was like,
Speaker:oh, see, I hold y'all. Listen, listen. In
Speaker:a couple weeks, when I come up there, I
Speaker:may have to just roll on up with that
Speaker:pound cake I told you about. So tell Ben,
Speaker:get ready for some lemon pound cake. Yeah,
Speaker:bring it on break. Don't. Neither one of
Speaker:us need it. Me nor him. But we don't eat
Speaker:it with great joy, okay. With every bite
Speaker:and a little vanilla ice cream, I'm
Speaker:thinking about you. Listen, I brought my
Speaker:niece back from Atlanta, and so she's been
Speaker:quick. Ooh, Mimi, can you make this? Can
Speaker:you make this? Can you make this? I said,
Speaker:okay. Like, here we go. And I was proud of
Speaker:myself because I made breakfast and dinner
Speaker:yesterday and still study and did
Speaker:everything. I was like, okay, holy spirit,
Speaker:I thank you for that consistency. I am
Speaker:definitely looking forward to us getting
Speaker:together. Got some ideas, possibly, if it
Speaker:fits your calendar in my head. We're gonna
Speaker:talk about why you here. But look, I know
Speaker:that these two little cackling women just
Speaker:won't get to the point. My bad, my bad. We
Speaker:gonna get there. We only, like seven
Speaker:minutes into the. Into the podcast, y'all.
Speaker:So just hold tight. This the intro. And
Speaker:again, if you know, you know, this is just
Speaker:the intro. If you don't know, don't worry
Speaker:about it. This is the intro to the show.
Speaker:Oh, go ahead and tell us to more get.
Speaker:Like, let's get to the meat of what you
Speaker:do. And at Shalom analytics, what is
Speaker:Shalom analytics? And why did you think
Speaker:that it was? Now was the time when we met
Speaker:to birth this amazing, this amazing
Speaker:business. Okay, so shalom analytics and
Speaker:consulting. We are analytical consulting
Speaker:laboratory. And what we do is we service
Speaker:the pharma, cosmetic and agriculture
Speaker:industry, as well as corporations,
Speaker:government agencies, and educational
Speaker:institutions. And we help them with
Speaker:business strategy, growth strategy, as
Speaker:well as pitching and conference
Speaker:preparation. And we also help clients with
Speaker:formulating products so they can get onto
Speaker:the market and they can expand their
Speaker:business. We're all about kingdom
Speaker:connections and kingdom growth, because
Speaker:nowhere in the bible did the Lord talk
Speaker:about us being in debt. He always sent you
Speaker:to somebody that had exactly what you
Speaker:needed to go to your next. Yes. So for me,
Speaker:I see I am the catalyst to help people go
Speaker:to their next, but also people are the
Speaker:catalyst to help me go to my next. And
Speaker:that's all about kingdom networking and
Speaker:kingdom building. The time for birthing.
Speaker:Shalom. Shalom analytics and consulting
Speaker:came to me in prayer. Like I asked the
Speaker:Lord, what is it you want me to name this
Speaker:business? And in prayer, he gave me
Speaker:shalom, analytics and consulting. And
Speaker:after he gave me that, literally, I'm
Speaker:about to pull the book down. I began to
Speaker:study a book with my ministry. I'm on the
Speaker:prayer ministry at church, and I'm also on
Speaker:the deliverance ministry there. And so one
Speaker:of the books that we were reading was by
Speaker:Apostle John Eckhart, and it is
Speaker:deliverance in the spiritual warfare
Speaker:manual. And so as soon as I began to read,
Speaker:now, normally, I'm going to be honest,
Speaker:I'll go straight to the chapter instead of
Speaker:reading the introduction. But the Lord was
Speaker:like, no, go here. It's something that I
Speaker:have for you. So, as I begin to read, he
Speaker:breaks down the word shalom, because we
Speaker:know that shalom means peace, right?
Speaker:Right. So that's where the tagline peace
Speaker:means precision came from. And so he said,
Speaker:rest is peace, shalom, and prosperity. So
Speaker:hold up, Holy Spirit, what you're doing
Speaker:here? He said, peace is an all inclusive
Speaker:word that encompasses prosperity, safety,
Speaker:health, protection, fruitfulness, and
Speaker:abundance. According to the hebrew
Speaker:definition, we can substitute the word
Speaker:prosperity with shalom, peace. So in that
Speaker:moment, I, like, lost it, because I said,
Speaker:holy Spirit, you were too good. So you're
Speaker:letting me know that my business will be
Speaker:prosperous, it will be safe, because I
Speaker:abided in you, and this is for you to get
Speaker:the glory. I will be healthy, the business
Speaker:will be healthy. It won't lack any holes.
Speaker:There won't be any lepers in it. It will
Speaker:just be flowing through, as the Holy
Speaker:Spirit has called it. And there will be
Speaker:completeness, and not only completeness
Speaker:for me, but for the community, because
Speaker:everything that we do is for our community
Speaker:and to create that healthy ecosystem. And
Speaker:so, literally, that is how shalom
Speaker:analytics and consulting was birth. It was
Speaker:through prayer. And so the time of
Speaker:launching was literally a perfect timing,
Speaker:because me and my prior partner, which I
Speaker:love to death, we went our separate ways,
Speaker:which that happens along the way. It does.
Speaker:It was in the middle of that transition,
Speaker:and I was like, lord, okay, I'm gonna
Speaker:finally step out and do it. Like, yes, I
Speaker:will say I delayed in birthing this and
Speaker:pushing it out, but I realized I birthed
Speaker:it at the right time because there were
Speaker:things hidden inside of me that were
Speaker:residue from prior seasons that if I
Speaker:allowed to, if I was, if I birthed it at
Speaker:that time, that residue would have bled on
Speaker:it. And so I realized even though I
Speaker:delayed it, it was delayed for the proper
Speaker:timing, because everything happens within
Speaker:the Lord's timing. See, right, there you
Speaker:go. We're going to unpack a couple of
Speaker:things. Come on, I'm here. We're gonna
Speaker:unpack a couple of things. Let's. You know
Speaker:what? You know what? Yes, we will unpack a
Speaker:couple of things. Now, we might not unpack
Speaker:it all in this one podcast, but we're
Speaker:gonna do our best. Praise the Lord. Look,
Speaker:because you said something right there
Speaker:that's really key, and we hear it a lot of
Speaker:times in the christian community, delay is
Speaker:not denial, but in your humanity, we can
Speaker:feel that delay is the end. It's the end.
Speaker:It's like we missed a connection. And so I
Speaker:love what you're saying. As business
Speaker:owners, as believers, we can't delay in
Speaker:doing things intentionally, purposefully.
Speaker:Don't let laziness or fear things like
Speaker:that prevent you from doing some stuff.
Speaker:But the Lord is so wonderful that even
Speaker:when we do that, he always has a way for
Speaker:us. Like, okay, you got it together now
Speaker:let's move forward. Don't think about what
Speaker:would have, shoulda, coulda. I love your
Speaker:perspective right there, where you
Speaker:understood that some pet parts of your
Speaker:past, or say, past seasons that you needed
Speaker:to heal from, you needed to grow from, you
Speaker:needed to learn from. Like, there were so
Speaker:many things in that seas, in that place in
Speaker:your life that you could not bring into
Speaker:this new place in your life. Because in
Speaker:this new place in your life, on a personal
Speaker:and professional level, those things from
Speaker:your past, in my book, I call it
Speaker:unlearning. You know, you had to unlearn
Speaker:those things that don't serve you anymore.
Speaker:They may have served you and served you
Speaker:well in the past, but being able to be a
Speaker:forward thinker, a visionary, one that
Speaker:heeds the voice of the Lord and moves with
Speaker:intention, then you realize, okay, first
Speaker:of that maturity level, let me recognize
Speaker:that these things no longer serve me, and
Speaker:I need to take my time and deal with them.
Speaker:And while I'm dealing with them, I'm
Speaker:continuing to write out the vision, I'm
Speaker:continuing to plan. Like, what do you do
Speaker:while you're waiting? You weren't just
Speaker:waiting. A lot of people feel like waiting
Speaker:or indecisiveness. Sometimes people feel
Speaker:like that's indecisive, or again, like I'm
Speaker:just delaying and I should be doing, no,
Speaker:maybe you shouldn't. But we. It's key that
Speaker:we know the difference in here. I think
Speaker:you're really blessing people right there,
Speaker:and I don't think that I know you've
Speaker:really blessed some people right there.
Speaker:Because in this entrepreneurial space on
Speaker:television, on social media, and all of
Speaker:these different things, all we see is the
Speaker:bright, the beauty and the glory. When we
Speaker:go to the pitch competitions, when we go
Speaker:to the networking meetings, when we are
Speaker:going to the and I groups, like we're part
Speaker:of different groups, rarely do we hear
Speaker:about the behind the scenes. Sometimes
Speaker:people give us full transparency, and
Speaker:that's a blessing. But oftentimes all we
Speaker:see is the end result of their back end
Speaker:work. Yeah. And what I hear you saying
Speaker:here very clearly is you took the time to
Speaker:do this, the. The self work. Yeah. So that
Speaker:the charmise that's on this podcast today
Speaker:is fully equipped and fully capable, fully
Speaker:healed. Yes. From those things that now
Speaker:you have a clear mind, a clear focus, a
Speaker:clear vision, and a roadmap. Yeah. To get
Speaker:to that level of success. Let's talk about
Speaker:that a little bit. You know, how did, how
Speaker:did you come to that place where you
Speaker:realize, you know what, this is what God
Speaker:is calling me to do, I'm going to do it.
Speaker:But I know now is not the time. I need to
Speaker:work on me. Like, how did you get to that
Speaker:place? Oh, that's a good question, woman
Speaker:of God. Literally, just prayer, fasting,
Speaker:but seeking the elders. And the word says
Speaker:that we must seek the elders for wisdom.
Speaker:Come on. And so literally, sometimes they
Speaker:would just give me one word and I would
Speaker:take that word to God and. And go into
Speaker:prayer. And I'll never forget there was
Speaker:one time last semester when I was in the
Speaker:middle of this transition, and I'm talking
Speaker:about, I'm sitting in class doing my best,
Speaker:trying to focus, and all hell is breaking
Speaker:loose in my life, and I'm in warfare, but
Speaker:I'm trying to focus in class, and I'm
Speaker:talking about tears are piling up in my
Speaker:eyes and I was like, lord, I cannot break
Speaker:down in this class. Like, I have to focus.
Speaker:And in that moment, because I surrendered
Speaker:and called on him in the middle of class,
Speaker:like, just internally having this
Speaker:conversation, he literally spoke to me and
Speaker:prophesied to me and was like, prophesy
Speaker:over yourself. And I wrote everything on
Speaker:the paper. Like, I have a paper over my
Speaker:paper so people wouldn't see what's
Speaker:happening. And I'm literally writing
Speaker:everything the Lord is saying. And in that
Speaker:moment, there was a release that happened
Speaker:in the middle of my class. And so once I
Speaker:got home from class, I went back over and
Speaker:I reread it, and he's like, you're the.
Speaker:You're the forerunner. You're the
Speaker:trailblazer. You. I have everything you
Speaker:need. Like, you just need to stay in my
Speaker:presence, and I'll give you the strategy
Speaker:going to give you the design, the things
Speaker:that, as we said before, we use prior.
Speaker:It's not working in this. And so even
Speaker:along this new journey with him, where
Speaker:it's just solely him and me, because I've
Speaker:even put him as the CEO of my company,
Speaker:it's Jesus. And I said, supernaturally and
Speaker:in the natural, and there is a line to me,
Speaker:and I said, I'm just the vessel that you
Speaker:are using, so you can do whatever you want
Speaker:to. And that's even a prayer I say when I
Speaker:do my communion, the bread, I say, this is
Speaker:your body. And I exchange my body for your
Speaker:body. So that means you can break it,
Speaker:shape it, bend it, molded, do what you
Speaker:need to do. Oh, my. Exactly. That's a big.
Speaker:When I take the blood, I take the blood. I
Speaker:said, I exchanged my DNA for your DNA. So
Speaker:anything that is not in me, that is in me,
Speaker:that is not of you must come out. And
Speaker:anything that will hinder me from doing
Speaker:the things you have me have called me to
Speaker:do, take them out. Just as you curse the
Speaker:fig tree, prophetically curse those things
Speaker:inside of me and remove them and replace
Speaker:them with your fruit. Come on, Lord, I
Speaker:want to bear the fruit as the trees do. A
Speaker:revelation where they produce monthly.
Speaker:Come on. Takes a whole new level of
Speaker:courage. It takes a whole new level of
Speaker:faith holding level, a whole new level of
Speaker:trust in the Lord. But those are the
Speaker:things that he is seeking. And so in this,
Speaker:um, it has also caused me to learn how to
Speaker:properly surrender to him. Come on.
Speaker:Because if I surrender to him and show him
Speaker:that I trust him, I'm forcing his hand to
Speaker:move, because he will not let his child go
Speaker:without. Mmm. That's good. That's good. So
Speaker:that is how we got here. And then also
Speaker:knowing and obtaining this wisdom that I
Speaker:must maintain my deliverance, the enemy
Speaker:will come back and knock and see if you
Speaker:will open that door. If there is a wound
Speaker:for him to enter in and he'll bring seven
Speaker:more. But I use to go back to where I once
Speaker:was. Come on. That's real good. So it
Speaker:causes this walk, and this journey of
Speaker:entrepreneurship is the road of the narrow
Speaker:place. And not a lot of people can come,
Speaker:but only the people that he places. But we
Speaker:got to even discern that. Okay, are you in
Speaker:me with this season, or are you with me
Speaker:with this lifetime? Come on. And so
Speaker:everything that I do, I'm like, all right,
Speaker:lord, what you want me to do about this?
Speaker:How do we go about this? Like, lord, help
Speaker:me produce consistency in this area,
Speaker:because I realized that consistency is a
Speaker:form of stewardship. Say that again very,
Speaker:very. Say that again very, very loud. And
Speaker:when you say that, I got something I'm
Speaker:gonna add to. I ain't taking nothing away.
Speaker:Oh, yeah. Just, you know, I'm an amen in
Speaker:it. And you put a thought on it. Because
Speaker:he's been dealing with me like, he's been
Speaker:giving me revelation on stewardship,
Speaker:because we always think of stewardship as
Speaker:financial. He's like, no, stewardship is
Speaker:everything how you're stewarding. Your
Speaker:mind, your ear gate, your eye gate, your
Speaker:time, your health, your clap. Button on
Speaker:this thing, because I need to clap, and I
Speaker:need the thing to do to clap so I won't
Speaker:hurt the people. Come on, talk about it.
Speaker:Listen. And so that's why I have been
Speaker:asking, lord, help me to be consistent in
Speaker:this area. This is a new dimension that
Speaker:I'm stepping into. But I need to produce
Speaker:consistency, and the only way I can
Speaker:produce consistency is by being in that
Speaker:secret place with you. And I realized that
Speaker:the secret plate, each secret, each time
Speaker:we go into the secret place, it requires a
Speaker:new level. Come on, now. And so that also,
Speaker:it goes into pruning. Everybody's like,
Speaker:oh, we're in a season of pruning. Yes,
Speaker:this is true. But also, pruning happens
Speaker:daily because we are not the same as we
Speaker:were yesterday, 5 seconds ago, or even 1
Speaker:second ago. I mean, a natural body does
Speaker:it. Like, we lose dead stuff all the time.
Speaker:Dead skin, hair, follicles. We can't see
Speaker:it. At least I hope y'all can't. You
Speaker:shouldn't. Oh, my God. But you shouldn't
Speaker:be able to see it. But it's happening, and
Speaker:it's happening for the right reason. Like,
Speaker:we need that to happen. Yeah, we need that
Speaker:to happen, to stay healthy and to renew
Speaker:and refresh. So if the Lord does that in
Speaker:our physical body, he's created our
Speaker:physical body for that how much more? And
Speaker:his word talks about it. We have to renew
Speaker:our mind daily. Look, your girl over here,
Speaker:the host of this show, I tell it's like,
Speaker:lord, I gotta renew my mind every moment,
Speaker:every day, because sometimes the things
Speaker:that I want to do, I don't. And the things
Speaker:that I should be doing, you know, the
Speaker:things I shouldn't be saying or do, I find
Speaker:myself doing. Oh, girl, listen, you're not
Speaker:the only one. Like, I'm quick to say,
Speaker:lord, your children acting ghetto. Like, I
Speaker:need you to lay hands and not me because
Speaker:they might unholy. And I just know what
Speaker:I'm saying. We love the Lord, and we're
Speaker:talking about the things, the tools that
Speaker:God has given us through his word and
Speaker:through his precious holy spirit so that
Speaker:we can accomplish the mission, so that we
Speaker:can achieve the goals and we can reach the
Speaker:heights and the depths and all that good
Speaker:jazz that he's created us to be. And
Speaker:you're definitely laying a great
Speaker:foundation. You've definitely been giving
Speaker:us some amazing tools for the listener.
Speaker:Like, I hope y'all been taking notes
Speaker:because the woman of God has said some
Speaker:things I ain't even got to. We ain't even
Speaker:halfway unpacked the first question
Speaker:thought we had. Let me be clear, we have
Speaker:not halfway the first question because,
Speaker:you know, just, just to recap, you know,
Speaker:some of the. One of the things that
Speaker:Sharmis has shared with us today is how
Speaker:she got to the place where she recognized
Speaker:that there were things in her past, old
Speaker:mindsets, relationships, collaborations,
Speaker:you name it. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Speaker:There's old things in her past that could
Speaker:not go with her on this journey that she
Speaker:was going to embark upon with bringing
Speaker:Shalom analytics and consulting into a
Speaker:reality. As a professional. In her
Speaker:personal life and in her professional
Speaker:life, there's things that she just had to
Speaker:let go. She had, first, she had to
Speaker:recognize that she needed to let it go,
Speaker:then do the work to let it go. And in her
Speaker:journey of doing that, she sought the Lord
Speaker:in prayer. She journaled. Well, let's just
Speaker:keep it at that. Like, she sought the Lord
Speaker:in prayer, she dark she journal. And that
Speaker:was an important thing that she did there
Speaker:as well. She consulted the elders. I was
Speaker:watching a podcast on tvN. I can't
Speaker:remember the name of it, actually. It's
Speaker:not. I was not watching tv and I was
Speaker:actually watching YouTube, but it was on
Speaker:there and on this particular show. Why? I
Speaker:can't think of the name of the show.
Speaker:Anywho, Jackie Hill Perry was talking on
Speaker:this particular episode that I was
Speaker:watching. She was talking about the
Speaker:importance, importance of younger
Speaker:generations, that is us younger
Speaker:generations learning to take heed to the
Speaker:wisdom of the elders. And yes, we may be
Speaker:technologically, you know, more advanced
Speaker:and, you know, the times and the things,
Speaker:but the scripture tells us there's nothing
Speaker:new under the sun. We might do it in a
Speaker:different way, but principles are
Speaker:principles, and they don't shift. And I
Speaker:think every generation is guilty of it,
Speaker:where we look back at the generations
Speaker:before us and deem them stupid or behind
Speaker:the times, and our way is bigger and
Speaker:better and, you know, more advanced. And
Speaker:she said something really great there.
Speaker:When the question asked, how did she get
Speaker:to where she was? That was one of her
Speaker:answers. Like, she had to get to a place
Speaker:where she sought the wisdom. She received
Speaker:the wisdom, and she began to act it out.
Speaker:And that's what you said there. You sought
Speaker:the wisdom of those. And be clear,
Speaker:sometimes elders don't necessarily mean
Speaker:older than you in age. It can mean someone
Speaker:with more experience than you with doing
Speaker:what you're doing. They are already at a
Speaker:place in their careers or in their
Speaker:business that you are trying to get to.
Speaker:Yes. That they can give you some wisdom on
Speaker:how to get there. Yes. And no matter how
Speaker:off putting it, he found sometimes a large
Speaker:majority of the time, they're right. Yes.
Speaker:And they can actually help us not go
Speaker:through some of the fiery trials that we
Speaker:found ourselves in. Listen, that's so
Speaker:true. And I can't. I cannot tell you how
Speaker:many people the Lord literally sent to me
Speaker:and literally said, you just needed to
Speaker:know the process. And I was just like,
Speaker:yes, lord, I hear you. Like, he sent so
Speaker:many people to confirm me, and he sent me
Speaker:back to a dream and that he gave me a
Speaker:while ago. And what he told, I was like,
Speaker:okay, lord, like, I have to surrender. And
Speaker:that takes a level of courage. And I
Speaker:realized I don't have that courage, but I
Speaker:need to get that courage. So that's when I
Speaker:went to my apostolic covering. Like, I
Speaker:need you. Like, I need to pull on you. And
Speaker:let me break that down for those of you
Speaker:that are unchurched. And it's okay to be
Speaker:unchurched, you know, this wisdom applies
Speaker:across the board. Because the beautiful
Speaker:thing is this world revolves on
Speaker:principles. Yes, there are certain
Speaker:principles. If we follow those principles,
Speaker:we're just going to have good success.
Speaker:Bottom line. And when she says her
Speaker:apostolic covering, think of on that as
Speaker:those that are in authority in her life.
Speaker:And so maybe we could say her executive
Speaker:coach, if you will, somebody that you have
Speaker:paid a lot of money to, to help you
Speaker:through this. You know, that you're. And
Speaker:we all understand that sometimes we need
Speaker:coaches in different areas of our life,
Speaker:not just one coach. You know, you'll have
Speaker:coaches for different components,
Speaker:different aspects of your life, and
Speaker:different parts of your business. You'll
Speaker:have coaches. And so when she's saying
Speaker:that, and even when we're saying elders,
Speaker:just think of those as coaches. People who
Speaker:have gone through the training, they've
Speaker:gotten the certifications, they have all
Speaker:the certificates, and they have the
Speaker:experience, and they also have the net
Speaker:income and gross income in their business
Speaker:to say, I know what I'm talking about. So
Speaker:think about that in those terms. What
Speaker:shamise is saying. She sought out the
Speaker:right people to give her wisdom in the
Speaker:right areas of her life. She sought out
Speaker:the right people to give her wisdom and
Speaker:strategies in the right places through
Speaker:different aspects of properly setting up
Speaker:her business, when to set it up, how to
Speaker:set it up, you know, the different
Speaker:marketing strategies, all of these
Speaker:different things. We all have to have
Speaker:someone. And so if we could do, you know,
Speaker:metaphorically think about it in those
Speaker:terms, because I don't want. I don't want.
Speaker:I want to make sure we don't lose any of
Speaker:the listeners. Like, what they talking
Speaker:about. Yeah, no, that's. That's so good.
Speaker:And you. You're helping me. Um, especially
Speaker:when I encounter those that are not
Speaker:church. And I think in today's society,
Speaker:when we're around so many people that are
Speaker:church and when we encounter the
Speaker:unchurched, sometimes we don't have the
Speaker:proper language to relate to them. Hey,
Speaker:you see it this way. Like, it's this way,
Speaker:but we can break it down this way. So you
Speaker:can see that it equates to the same thing
Speaker:because at the end of the day, we want
Speaker:them to have an encounter with Jesus like
Speaker:we had. That changed our life. Right,
Speaker:right. And you're absolutely right. You
Speaker:know, I have to admit that that wisdom
Speaker:came from my husband many years ago. See?
Speaker:Come on, Ben. Come on. I was not very
Speaker:receiving. Let's be very clear. Let's be
Speaker:very clear. I was not receiving what he
Speaker:was putting down because my little self
Speaker:was offended deeply because what you
Speaker:saying? What you talking about? And
Speaker:basically what he told me, he was like,
Speaker:you need to learn how to have a
Speaker:conversation with people. I talk a lot, so
Speaker:I was not computing what he meant. Like, I
Speaker:have conversations with people all day,
Speaker:every day. I talked to strangers you don't
Speaker:want over there, don't talk to people.
Speaker:What did we. Cause it wasn't coming
Speaker:together. So I was offended. I'm like, you
Speaker:get mad at me for talking to people, now
Speaker:you telling me I need to. What are we
Speaker:saying here? Okay, so he said it. For
Speaker:years, I didn't get what he was saying. He
Speaker:didn't get why, didn't understand what he
Speaker:was saying. So we was at an impasse. I
Speaker:wasn't changing. And one day, it just hit
Speaker:the both of us in a heated fellowship. For
Speaker:those of you, they're like, high
Speaker:fellowship, heated. Don't let your mind go
Speaker:there. We were in an argument. That's what
Speaker:we were in an argument. We were having an
Speaker:argument. It was wrapping back to that.
Speaker:And we realized that communication is
Speaker:vital. It is key. We learned from our
Speaker:previous pastors that proper communication
Speaker:is the cure to all confusion. And we
Speaker:weren't communicating properly. Like, in a
Speaker:way that he wasn't communicating to me in
Speaker:a way that I could, and I wasn't. So I
Speaker:wasn't receiving. Like, he wasn't saying
Speaker:anything in malice. He was just saying,
Speaker:you need to shift. You missing something.
Speaker:You. You are missing being able to connect
Speaker:with a lot of people because you don't
Speaker:know how to talk to people. And I was
Speaker:offended, but when I understood what he
Speaker:meant, I was able to receive it, and he
Speaker:was right. So basically what he was saying
Speaker:is, sometimes as believers is what you
Speaker:said, sometimes as believers, you know,
Speaker:it's like the high in high school. You got
Speaker:your clicks. Sometimes as believers, we
Speaker:spend so much time with not just other
Speaker:christians, because they're different
Speaker:denominations in Christianity, you know,
Speaker:we do, everybody do things a little bit
Speaker:different, but we spend so much time with
Speaker:the people who do and say what we do and
Speaker:say that, you know, our slang, our lingo.
Speaker:So that's how we talk to everybody. And
Speaker:you got people over there scratching their
Speaker:head like, I don't even know what you
Speaker:talking about. And at this point, I don't
Speaker:want to talk to you anymore. Like, yeah,
Speaker:and you have what they need. So I had to
Speaker:become intentional about making that
Speaker:shift. And so, especially in business,
Speaker:what, like, so for me, it took several
Speaker:years for me to process and accept that I
Speaker:should be speaking and teaching,
Speaker:facilitating courses outside of the
Speaker:church. It took me a long time because I
Speaker:could not process how to do that because
Speaker:there are some things that I want to say.
Speaker:You know, like at the top of the podcast,
Speaker:there's some things that I want to say
Speaker:that just don't translate. Mm hmm. It just
Speaker:translate into. To the secular or to non
Speaker:believers. Absolutely. So. And I was like,
Speaker:I don't want to have to take that much
Speaker:energy. Let me just be honest. I don't
Speaker:have to take that much energy to be
Speaker:talking in, thinking through, you know,
Speaker:several filters of what it is I want to
Speaker:say to make sure I hit the mark and not
Speaker:offend nobody. Make sure I can say it in a
Speaker:way that could be well received. And then
Speaker:I had a revelation, like, you can do it.
Speaker:Others have gone before you and done it.
Speaker:You can do it. It doesn't have to
Speaker:compromise anything. That's it. It's just
Speaker:a way that we're gonna reach more people.
Speaker:And so, Tada. Here I am today, you know,
Speaker:but it's a process. You had to. We had to
Speaker:think that through, like, I imagine, in
Speaker:your field, because. But for the short,
Speaker:like a short synopsis of who. You're a
Speaker:scientist. Yes? You are a scientist. Yes.
Speaker:And you are in a field that is not
Speaker:dominated by christians. No, it's not. I
Speaker:mean, you like the pink elephant, you
Speaker:know, pink, purple, polka dotted elephant.
Speaker:So not only are you young, black, female,
Speaker:ain't you a Christian in a community of
Speaker:largely not just non believers, but people
Speaker:who, you may find yourself in some places
Speaker:where people think your intelligence
Speaker:doesn't cut the mustard because you are a
Speaker:Christian. I gotta remember the first time
Speaker:I heard that. I'm like, that has got to be
Speaker:the most. The dumbest thing I've ever
Speaker:heard. But people believed it with a
Speaker:passion. Like, the first time I heard that
Speaker:was I was in England. And a lot of
Speaker:european culture is very humanist, their
Speaker:belief system, very humanist. Not to say
Speaker:there's no christians over there or
Speaker:anybody of any faith system, because when
Speaker:I say humanist, that means they don't.
Speaker:They don't care whether you're a
Speaker:Christian, a Buddhist, a Muslim, Hindu.
Speaker:They believe all us are crazy because we
Speaker:believe in a higher power. We believe in a
Speaker:God of sorts, or many gods. They think
Speaker:it's just me, me, myself, and I. And I
Speaker:made this wonderful. And so you find
Speaker:yourself, I think, and jump in here in a
Speaker:minute and tell me if I'm wrong. How do
Speaker:you function in that, like, and create a
Speaker:conversation that, yes, I deserve to be
Speaker:here, not because of any of my minority
Speaker:marks. Yeah. You know, that ain't why I'm
Speaker:here. I'm here because I'm an intelligent
Speaker:scientist. Yes. So there's a couple
Speaker:things, actually. Um, and I wanted to say
Speaker:this as you were talking about relating to
Speaker:people when I literally told. I just told
Speaker:one of my sisters this and anything, you
Speaker:know, we speak, we also have to partake
Speaker:ourselves, and it's also giving people
Speaker:grace and mercy and then also meeting them
Speaker:where they're at and not forget to come
Speaker:from. And so I feel like sometimes we lose
Speaker:a moment of where we come from because we
Speaker:don't want to deal, keep dealing with that
Speaker:past. But that past is how you help bring
Speaker:people forward. Like, we have to reveal
Speaker:our skeletons. Right? Right. Only way. And
Speaker:so, for me, in this journey, I've always
Speaker:wanted to do. I love science as a kid, and
Speaker:originally, I wanted to be a forensic
Speaker:pathologist, and I saw live autopsies on
Speaker:adults. I'm like a kid at the candy store,
Speaker:face on the screen. Ooh, it's their brain.
Speaker:Is this. This? Is this? But I look over to
Speaker:the left, and I see two children under the
Speaker:age of two getting an autopsy. And that's
Speaker:when my heart posture changed, because I
Speaker:said, lord, I cannot separate this. And I
Speaker:love children too much. And I asked the
Speaker:guy who gave us the tour, and he said, not
Speaker:to sound morbid, but they're just a piece
Speaker:of meat. Yes, I get it. To be absent from
Speaker:the body is to be present from the Lord.
Speaker:But that's still someone's child at the
Speaker:end of the day. And I know because I have
Speaker:a big heart and I love children, I would
Speaker:not be able to disconnect, connect. And so
Speaker:the Lord reminded me of how much I love
Speaker:science and doing research, because I did
Speaker:research for the homeland security at FDA
Speaker:and undergrad at Hampton. And so I was
Speaker:like, you are right. I love the lab. So
Speaker:that's how I got there. But people. Yes.
Speaker:When I walk in the room, I get. People are
Speaker:intimidated by my height, my size, the way
Speaker:I look, which is fine. And then also, they
Speaker:downplay, like, oh, she's just a black
Speaker:woman just coming in, maybe trying to see
Speaker:how she can get her way in. Like, these
Speaker:are things that I've heard. Like, I've
Speaker:been called the. I was called before the
Speaker:company rehab. Wow. The company rehab. And
Speaker:the thing was, I was not even sleeping
Speaker:with the man, nor did I ever see myself
Speaker:even doing anything with the man. He was
Speaker:just a great friend, and he's also
Speaker:married. I don't. I don't play with God,
Speaker:nor do I play about that. Right? I learned
Speaker:a lot of skill sets from him. And, like,
Speaker:me and him are the best of friends now.
Speaker:And so, much to the point, he'll call me,
Speaker:hey, how you think I should do this with
Speaker:this instrument? Or how should I go about
Speaker:this? And I was like, that's such an honor
Speaker:for someone who taught me. Now they're
Speaker:seeking me for the same knowledge. Come
Speaker:on. Knowledge, right? So, um, literally,
Speaker:every time I walk in a room, people, I get
Speaker:that. I get downplayed. I get sized up.
Speaker:But it's when I open my mouth, I sift them
Speaker:in, like, oh, you're so intelligent.
Speaker:You're so smart. Thank you. Thank you.
Speaker:Like, I know my stuff, but it comes from
Speaker:me studying and then also, um, me. Just
Speaker:keep pressing forward. That I had. There
Speaker:has been times I will never forget. I
Speaker:cried my eyes out one time before going to
Speaker:work because I was like, I'm tired of
Speaker:people defaming my character. I'm tired of
Speaker:this. And then you're overworking me.
Speaker:You're not paying me. And these are some
Speaker:of the things that we go through in the
Speaker:minority community. And even with all
Speaker:these degrees. Come on. You are
Speaker:underpaying me. You're not paying me
Speaker:enough to live, but yet you want me to
Speaker:work all these hours. You're not giving me
Speaker:overtime. You want me to supervise people
Speaker:and teach people what I know, but yet
Speaker:you're bringing them on, and they're.
Speaker:They're paying them more because they look
Speaker:like you. But what about me? Right? And so
Speaker:it was through all those scars that I
Speaker:obtained, and I realized that was laying
Speaker:the foundation for now. Yeah, it gave me
Speaker:every single key. But literally now, I
Speaker:walk into each room with boldness and
Speaker:confidence and authority, and I do not let
Speaker:it faze me. And that was something that
Speaker:literally took a while to get to because
Speaker:I've never paid attention to it until,
Speaker:like, you know, how you sit back, you
Speaker:actually discern I. The things prior and
Speaker:the things now. And I was in a conference
Speaker:room for a conference, and the theme that
Speaker:year was forensic science. Little did I
Speaker:know that the gentleman who was hosting
Speaker:that particular talk in the room would
Speaker:soon would be my professor for my master's
Speaker:program. And so, literally, I went there
Speaker:to present my research that I had been
Speaker:doing for the homeland security at FDA.
Speaker:First time ever doing it. And I'll never
Speaker:forget the question that he asked. And he
Speaker:said, how do you determine the striations
Speaker:on a bullet? That's all he asks. So
Speaker:everybody's going around. You got people
Speaker:from John Hopkins, you got people from the
Speaker:University of Maryland. They're like, oh,
Speaker:you'll put it in a computer. It'll be this
Speaker:this and this and this and this. And. And
Speaker:literally, I looked at my professor, black
Speaker:woman in stem, sitting next to me. So I
Speaker:looked at her, and I was like, okay, I'm
Speaker:gonna answer. So I raised my hand. He
Speaker:points at me. I said, no, you need a
Speaker:comparison microscope. You take the
Speaker:projectile that was taken from the scene,
Speaker:and you take your standard and you compare
Speaker:it with the comparison microscope. And if
Speaker:your striations match, you have a match
Speaker:with the bullet. If they don't, then that
Speaker:means that that bullet was not shot from
Speaker:that gun. I. Gun. And literally, his mouth
Speaker:dropped on the floor, and he stopped
Speaker:everything. Everyone in the room turned
Speaker:and looked at me. And literally, he was
Speaker:like, how do you know this? Like, come on,
Speaker:sis. I said, chemistry major. He was like,
Speaker:that makes sense. But he said, that's the
Speaker:right answer. That's the answer I was
Speaker:looking for. So literally, after that
Speaker:session was over, he got my information,
Speaker:and we stayed in contact. And literally,
Speaker:every person in there, I'm talking about,
Speaker:I'm in a room full of white people. Maybe
Speaker:there's five of us that are blacks. And
Speaker:literally every single one walked up to me
Speaker:and shook my hand and said, you know your
Speaker:stuff. I am so afraid of you. Like, oh, my
Speaker:gosh. And I was just like, thank you.
Speaker:That's an honor. But I haven't. Ever since
Speaker:then, I have been encountering that so
Speaker:much. But also, I've realized our field,
Speaker:people who have the money and they don't
Speaker:have the background, so they're just like,
Speaker:let me just create this business and put
Speaker:bodies in there, and y'all will run it.
Speaker:Yeah, yeah, yeah. So the Lord is like, no
Speaker:more. I'll never forget a lot of
Speaker:businesses. Businesses. The owner of the
Speaker:business is nowhere near as intelligent as
Speaker:the people that run the business. And they
Speaker:are thousand percent okay with that
Speaker:because they didn't want to be hands on in
Speaker:the business in the beginning. They just
Speaker:realized that it's a lucrative field, and
Speaker:I want in so that I can make money. So
Speaker:they're. Their wisdom was, create the
Speaker:business and do just what you said. Hire
Speaker:the people who are more than intelligent
Speaker:than I to make sure the business don't
Speaker:fail. Absolutely. And they care about the
Speaker:revenue. And that is something that
Speaker:bothered me, because behind every sample
Speaker:is a client that you should care about. Mm
Speaker:hmm. I cannot tell you the things that I
Speaker:have encountered. The lack of integrity.
Speaker:People have had so much to the point where
Speaker:I stood up to the VP of the company and I
Speaker:said, no, enough is enough. We're not
Speaker:doing this. I'm stepping over your
Speaker:supervisor. I'm stepping over this. I am.
Speaker:I refuse. My name will not be on it
Speaker:because my name carries weight. And so he
Speaker:lived. Yes. He lifted me. I was like, did
Speaker:you really just say, I'll say it again.
Speaker:I'll say it again. We're not doing this.
Speaker:Like, why? If the facility sent in the
Speaker:samples improperly, why are we sitting up
Speaker:here trying to run the results and then
Speaker:try and match it to the patient to be
Speaker:like, oh, we ran it. Nope. Tell the
Speaker:facility they messed up. And it was a new
Speaker:technician who wasn't paying attention,
Speaker:who accidentally threw the requisitions
Speaker:away, and those samples cannot be ran. I'm
Speaker:not going to forge anything, because if
Speaker:something comes back and say, hey, this
Speaker:person actually had cocaine in their
Speaker:system, and they've never been cocaine
Speaker:before, you now have an open door for a
Speaker:lawsuit. Yeah. And so, no, like, I. It got
Speaker:to a point. No, I'm not doing this. I'm
Speaker:not working here no more. I'm not doing
Speaker:this. I'm taking my hands off. And so
Speaker:seeing the lack of integrity in our field,
Speaker:dealing with the character defamation, and
Speaker:just everything that has been endured,
Speaker:that's what helped also birth this. But
Speaker:just literally just letting stuff be ducks
Speaker:like water to a duck's back and letting it
Speaker:roll off my back. Let it roll off. Listen,
Speaker:he called me to be bold and courageous.
Speaker:Bold and very courageous. Listen, so I
Speaker:don't. I don't have fear anymore. Yeah.
Speaker:People have doubted me. I still encounter
Speaker:people that doubt me. But it's okay. I'm
Speaker:here on the father's business. And when
Speaker:I'm on the father's business, we not
Speaker:friends until his business get done. And
Speaker:once his business get done, we. Then we
Speaker:can laugh. We can Kiki, we can do all
Speaker:that. But as for me, right now, I'm on an
Speaker:assignment and a mission, and don't you
Speaker:hinder it. Come on, now. Don't get in the
Speaker:way. Don't get away. Look, y'all, this
Speaker:episode is getting real good to me. It is
Speaker:real good. It ain't getting real good. It
Speaker:is real good. But we go. I got a few more
Speaker:things I want to ask you. But I'm a save
Speaker:it for the next time. I'm a save it. I'm a
Speaker:save it for the next time, because I know
Speaker:for a fact there will be a next time. So I
Speaker:just want to recap Miss Sharmees book. She
Speaker:is the founder and CEO of Shalom Analytics
Speaker:Consulting. And at Shalom Analytics
Speaker:Consulting. Go ahead and let us know again
Speaker:what Shalom analytics and consulting does.
Speaker:Because you cover several spaces from
Speaker:agriculture, cosmetics, pharmaceutical
Speaker:services, consulting services. You provide
Speaker:a lot of services. Yes. So hold on,
Speaker:because something dropped in my spirit. I
Speaker:had to stop. Sorry, y'all. Oh, we lord.
Speaker:Oh, yes. We do service the agriculture,
Speaker:cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industry in
Speaker:providing formulation, formulation. That
Speaker:was real country. Excuse me. Formulation
Speaker:and testing, analysis to help you get onto
Speaker:the market. You can come with a
Speaker:formulation, or we can formulate from
Speaker:scratch. And if you have any products that
Speaker:need testing, we can work it out. Work out
Speaker:your package from stability testing, shelf
Speaker:life testing, your raw materials, the
Speaker:impurities, water activity and things of
Speaker:that nature. That's on the analytic side.
Speaker:And for consulting, we work with
Speaker:corporations, government agencies, and
Speaker:HBCUs for growth and strategy, as well as
Speaker:pitching and conference preparation. And
Speaker:right now, respectfully, I have been
Speaker:working heavily with the HBCU in helping
Speaker:their business students in business plan
Speaker:business, pitching how to network
Speaker:properly, and just ensuring, like, your
Speaker:business is ready to go. And you are your
Speaker:business wherever you go, once you start
Speaker:it, your image is your image, as well as
Speaker:conference preparation, because within the
Speaker:STEM field, we do have national
Speaker:conferences, and they do award those
Speaker:students money who present their research.
Speaker:So it's all about imparting boldness and
Speaker:imparting a person, helping a person
Speaker:identify their identity within themselves.
Speaker:I love that. I love that. Look, y'all,
Speaker:we're gonna find out more. Cause I got
Speaker:questions, especially with the
Speaker:pharmaceuticals and the cosmetics. We
Speaker:gonna answer these questions next time. We
Speaker:gonna answer these questions on the next
Speaker:one. Because I'm thinking about, you know,
Speaker:those small entrepreneurs and independent
Speaker:entrepreneurs that have been making these
Speaker:amazing things in their home, and now it
Speaker:blew up. And now it blew up. You know,
Speaker:when should they consult you? Before the
Speaker:blow up. After the blow up. Like, you
Speaker:know, people sell heavily on social media,
Speaker:and, you know, we're shifting more and
Speaker:more to being conscious and aware of the
Speaker:toxins and the chemicals and a lot of the
Speaker:everyday products that we use. And so
Speaker:people are really just going back to their
Speaker:roots. Like, that's how I see it. These
Speaker:are the things that people were using to,
Speaker:from whether it's homemade deodorants and
Speaker:soaps to, you know, ink shirts and all
Speaker:these. These are the things that we were
Speaker:doing before the pharmaceutical industry
Speaker:blew up and then bled over into the
Speaker:cosmetics and all of these other things.
Speaker:Like, I want some cute lipstick,
Speaker:eyeshadow, all of that stuff. But it did
Speaker:not always contain things that could kill
Speaker:me one day, absolutely. Actually used to
Speaker:just contain the colors from some roses.
Speaker:You wanted it red, I don't know, red, and
Speaker:made it happen. Like, you know, so, you
Speaker:know, you know, working with. When should
Speaker:someone in that space come have a
Speaker:conversation with you? So, in all
Speaker:actuality, it. It doesn't matter. You can
Speaker:start with me at the beginning, because
Speaker:we're in. In. There's a statistic. There's
Speaker:57% of Americans have had at least one
Speaker:idea for a new product, but yet only two
Speaker:in five ever take that step. And that's
Speaker:actually a statistic I drop every time
Speaker:that I pitch. So I can help turn your idea
Speaker:into a thriving reality, or you can bring
Speaker:your idea that's already thriving and you
Speaker:want to tweak it so it can be global. So
Speaker:you can come to me at any step. If you
Speaker:have been working on stuff at home and you
Speaker:already have a formulation and you just
Speaker:want me to test it, we can go that route.
Speaker:Or if you have gotten recommendations from
Speaker:clients like, hey, it's too oily, or it
Speaker:doesn't last as long, we can tweak your
Speaker:formulation. Or you may say, hey, I'm good
Speaker:on this formulation. I just want to test
Speaker:get on the market. But there are other
Speaker:things that I want to start within my
Speaker:business, such as makeup or lotion or an
Speaker:oil, like, can you formulate it? And we'll
Speaker:go from there. And, hey, go forward. So at
Speaker:any stage that you feel necessary. But you
Speaker:do need a chemist for any product that you
Speaker:make that you need to get on the market,
Speaker:whether it's a beverage, whether it's a
Speaker:sauce, whether it's a spice, whether a
Speaker:solution or anything, like, you need to
Speaker:work with a chemist. And hence shalom.
Speaker:Analytics and consulting. See, that's what
Speaker:I'm talking about. We're going to talk
Speaker:about this some more, because, you know, I
Speaker:love gardening. Yes. And I have not yet
Speaker:tested my soil, and I need to. I know
Speaker:that's a thing. So for a lot, a lot of
Speaker:home gardeners, like true home gardeners,
Speaker:we're not trying to get it to the market
Speaker:or anything like that. I'm just really
Speaker:trying to improve the taste of my
Speaker:tomatoes. That's all I'm doing is trying
Speaker:to improve the taste of my tomatoes, and I
Speaker:need to know about the source. So is that
Speaker:something that the home gardener can say,
Speaker:hey, because I know, like, we get these,
Speaker:wherever we order the test from, we're
Speaker:going to send it off, they're going to
Speaker:send it back to our local university it's
Speaker:always a cost. Okay, fine, that's a cost.
Speaker:But is that something that you guys do as
Speaker:well? Yes, we can, we can start, we can
Speaker:test your soil. See you coming back.
Speaker:Because now I got questions. You will come
Speaker:back. You gonna cover for our, you know,
Speaker:independent stylist who is creating her
Speaker:best conditioner, her best hair growth.
Speaker:Other barber, he done created his best
Speaker:conditioner and beard oil and all that
Speaker:good stuff because, you know, now having a
Speaker:beard down to your ankles is the thing. So
Speaker:you coming back and we go talk about how
